Get the Author's 8-Page Guide to Hearings Based on Over 20 Years of Experience in Disability Law

My guide to preparing for an administrative hearing will:

  • save you time by helping you easily inform your clients about general hearing procedures;
  • help your clients feel more comfortable with the hearing process by providing a list of questions they may be asked at the hearing; and
  • provide guidelines to your clients about how to answer questions with specifics the ALJ wants to hear.
